Here at A W Brown Dental Practice we take complaints very seriously and try to ensure that every patient receives the best possible service and care.

We are a busy practice and we do acknowledge that despite our best efforts, human error is inevitable. We do welcome feedback and complaints as this gives us an opportunity to review the quality of our care and services, and to ensure that our high standards of patient care and services are met and maintained.

*Acknowledged within 3 working days.
*Investigated thoroughly and promptly by the 'complaints team'.
